Housing Grants

The Council operates a number of grant schemes to help people meet the costs of having their homes repaired, improved or adapted.

The Council also provides information on energy efficiency grants for central heating and insulation, a scheme run by EAGA on behalf of the Scottish Executive.

Central Heating Programme (TD postcode area) - In 2004 (Jan to Nov) 257 applicants successfully met the qualifying criteria and had a central heating system installed.
