The Perennial - Gardeners' Royal Benevolent Society was formed in 1839
in response to the plight of retired or ailing estate gardeners. It is
a charitable organisation which has been helping gardeners and associated
tradespersons in need for over 160 years.

Scotland as a Registered Social Landlord.
The Society has 13 bed-sit properties, at Netherbyres in Eyemouth, which
includes mobility and 2 wheelchair units. These facilities include a lounge,
guest provision, laundry and meals (lunch). There is a resident warden
and the properties are near a bus route and post office.
