Other Special Needs

This refers to any housing with support that is not covered by any of the other categories and includes:

  • Housing for adults with learning difficulties.
  • Housing for adults with a mental illness.
  • Housing for young people who require support.

The support provided, and the nature and type of housing, will vary according to the client group, and further information can be obtained by Contacting the Housing Provider.

Young People aged 16-21:

Young people in this age group who require housing support to allow them to sustain a tenancy may be able to access housing through the Social Inclusion Partnership (S.I.P) Tenancy Support Project.
